Restoration | Hotel

This hotel in the historic downtown Broadway Corridor will undergo an extensive beautification and renovation. Rockefeller Partners was asked to strategize a reconfiguration of the existing hotel floor plans to optimize room layout, while also strengthening the stability of the building's historic structure. RPa is working in collaboration with The Gettys Group Companies on the design and interior design of this hotel.
