Rolling Greens -Studio City

This project involved a two-level tenant improvement of an existing retail space in a newly constructed core and shell commercial building. The client, Rolling Greens, a renowned plant nursery based in Los Angeles, expanded their retail experience in a new shopping complex in Studio City. In addition to retail space, the project included the addition of a wine bar and an outdoor patio on the second level, offering customers a unique blend of greenery and social space, enhancing both relaxation and engagement within the vibrant setting.
