Located at the intersection of Figueroa and Flower St. in downtown Los Angeles, the historic Los Angeles World Trade Center, originally built in 1975, is undergoing an exciting transformation. This commercial office building is being converted into 463 contemporary residential units.

Rockefeller Partners’ involvement includes redefining the existing rooftop amenities deck. The new rooftop amenities and facilities include basketball and tennis courts, a pool deck, a dedicated dog park, as well a garden and barbecue spaces. The building is also undergoing a complete seismic retrofit.
