For over 30 years, J. Nichols Kitchen has showcased the best of modern American fare.  Its ambitious second-generation owner and chef commissioned RPa to design a warm dining experience that would elevate the reputation and energy for this establishment.  Targeting a diverse range of clientele, the new space embodies a natural and timeless palette of wood, stone, brick and cast-in-place concrete.  Large skylights have been introduced to provide diffuse lighting throughout. Generous booths and a reimagined bar are just a few of the new features that provide a vibrant backdrop for a comfortable and refined dining experience.
