Designed by the prolific Southern California Architecture firm, Langdon & Wilson, The Pacific Indemnity Annex Building was added in 1971. The 19-story building sits on top of a multi-story podium that connects to a long span parking garage. The existing office building is being converted into 255 apartments along with shared amenity spaces on each residential level and topped with a brand new pool + spa rooftop amenity deck.
