Located on Wilshire Boulevard within Los Angeles’s Koreatown district, the Paramount Plaza tower, originally constructed in 1968, is currently undergoing a significant transformation. This 21-story commercial office building is being repurposed into 495 residential apartments. The project includes a comprehensive renovation of the ground-floor amenity spaces and the addition of a new rooftop deck. Additionally, the building is undergoing a full seismic retrofit to enhance structural resilience and safety.
